The second annual Winter Lunch will be happening on December 12th at lunch. This is where students can bring their family. We will sell tickets again this year (only 100 will be available). They will be $10 each and the meal will included Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegetables, drink and dessert. Tickets will be sold in the front office starting Monday.
On Dec 17th, Public Health will be conducting a Sexual Health Fair at RDPC. They are planning to have STBBI testing, games, popcorn, a scavenger hunt, and prizes in the forum. This year Public Health is collaborating with the local Manitoba Harm Reduction coordinator and the Keewatinohk Inniniw Minoayawin (KIM) Mobile Outreach team.
On Tuesday, there will be an RCMP recruitment presentation in the theatre during B block. This presentation is open to grades 10-12 students.
Grad checks start this week, but they are by appointment only. If you are a potential grad, head to student services soon to book your appointment if you haven’t done so already.
Just a reminder that there is free food in the forum at lunchtimes. Tuesdays and Thursdays feature soup and sandwiches, while the other days have snacks, which could be anything from fresh veggies and dip, bannock or mac and cheese. Also, there is the free breakfast program daily in room 170.
